From placing your order to getting help with a delivery, here’s your quick guide to shipping with SUBWAYY Clothing.

Before you order

Check your size, colour and product measurements carefully. Use our Size Guide to compare measurements with a garment you already own. Where a product has its own measurements, those take priority over the general chart.

Enter your full delivery address, PIN code and a reachable phone number. Review the order details and any delivery charges displayed at checkout before confirming your purchase.

Delivery questions and order updates

Need to ask about delivery to your address, dispatch or an existing shipment? Message us on WhatsApp or email our support team. For an existing order, include your order number and explain what you need help with.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to correct delivery details or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once an order is being processed, packed or shipped. We can review your request, but cannot promise a change once fulfilment is underway.

Cash on Delivery

Our existing store policies offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders in India. Please place a COD order only when you are sure about the purchase. Refusing or abandoning a shipment does not create a general right to a return or refund, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of your order.

Wrong, damaged or defective delivery

If you receive the wrong product, an item significantly damaged on arrival or a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Share your order number and clear photos or video showing the product and the issue. Each request is reviewed, and we may ask for additional information.

Returns after delivery

Our existing return policy does not generally accept returns or refunds for change of mind, the wrong size or colour ordered, or personal preference. Please check the product details before buying. Nothing in our policies removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
