Please read this policy before placing your order with SUBWAYY Clothing.

1. No-return policy

We are unable to accept product returns for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong size or colour. Please check the product description, size guide, measurements and colour carefully before purchasing.

2. Facing a genuine product issue?

If you receive the wrong item, your product arrives damaged, or you notice a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Share your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the product and the problem. Our team will review the details and guide you on the next steps. We may request further information to assess your case.

3. Refunds and resolutions

We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind, the wrong size or colour ordered, or personal preference. Genuine product or order issues are reviewed individually. Contacting us does not automatically confirm a return or refund; the appropriate resolution depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

4. Cancellation requests

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once your order is being processed, packed or shipped.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders in India. Please place COD orders only when you are sure about your purchase. Refusing or abandoning a shipment does not create a general right to a return or refund, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of your order.

6. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where a return, replacement, refund or other remedy is legally required, we will handle the matter in accordance with those requirements.
